200+200=400

Yesterdays exercise was pushing a (cross) 2 year old in her pushchair thru the snow to the cinema with intervals with pulling a (happy, but heavy) 4 year old on a sled!! This was rapidly offset by eating my own body weight of buttered popcorn at the cinema. Ahem.

The offer of going to the gym was there today but instead I have set myself a fun challenge of 200 goblet squats and 200 kettlebell swings by the end of the day.  Kettlebell is 16kg, which is a fine weight for me with KB swings but is heavy for the goblet squats. Minimum 10 reps at a time.

Get Set…..GO
